You are responsible for the information you provide to OneTag QR and for activity performed through your account.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use OneTag QR to facilitate unlawful activity, distribute malicious software, abuse communication features, manipulate QR functionality, or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

Emergency and medical features are intended to help make selected information and contact options easier to access. They do not guarantee that an emergency responder, medical professional, vehicle owner or emergency contact will see, receive or respond to the information.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide, including medical information and emergency contacts, is accurate and appropriately maintained.

In an actual emergency, users should contact appropriate local emergency services directly.

Certain OneTag QR features or products may require payment. Pricing, vehicle categories, subscription periods and applicable fees are presented during the purchase process.

Pricing

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when you place the order or subscribe, unless otherwise stated. We may change future pricing or introduce new plans with appropriate notice where required.

Automatic Renewal / AutoPay

OneTag QR offers subscription plans with automatic recurring payments where AutoPay is indicated during purchase. Available plans may include monthly, yearly and 5-year subscription periods.

By enabling AutoPay, you authorize OneTag QR and/or its payment provider to automatically charge the applicable subscription fee at the end of each applicable subscription period, according to the plan and renewal terms shown at the time of purchase.

You may cancel AutoPay to prevent future automatic renewals. Cancellation of AutoPay does not ordinarily result in a refund for the current paid subscription period, and your service will generally remain active until the end of the period already paid for, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds and cancellations

All purchases and subscription payments are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once successfully completed, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law or expressly approved by OneTag QR.

Cancelling AutoPay only prevents future automatic renewal and does not ordinarily refund the current subscription period.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, such as due to a duplicate or technical payment error, you may contact OneTag QR for review. Any correction or refund will be handled where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.

OneTag QR provides QR-based functionality that may connect a physical tag to vehicle, contact, emergency or other information configured by the user.

Because a QR code may be physically visible, users are responsible for reviewing what information is available through their QR profile and should not knowingly publish information that they do not want exposed through the applicable QR experience.

Unless otherwise stated, the OneTag QR platform, software, interface, branding, logos, designs, documentation and original content are owned by or licensed to VAM-NIT TECH and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Service only for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit protected parts of the Service without appropriate authorization.

You retain responsibility for content and information that you submit to the Service, subject to the rights and permissions necessary for OneTag QR to operate the Service.

This includes circumstances such as inability to access the Service, interruption of the Service, inaccurate or outdated user-provided information, actions or omissions of third parties, communication failures, or unauthorized access beyond reasonable control.

OneTag QR does not guarantee that a QR scan will occur, that a scanner will have internet access, that a vehicle owner or emergency contact will respond, or that information presented through the Service will result in a particular outcome.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You may stop using OneTag QR at any time and may request account deletion through the available account controls or support channels.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, infrastructure or third parties, or where we reasonably believe that these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

Certain information may need to be retained after account termination where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other legitimate purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, business operations, technology or applicable legal requirements.

When appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the Service or other reasonable means. The updated Terms will include a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
