Get Started With OneTag QR
Follow the steps below to set up your OneTag QR profile, complete your emergency information, create your QR and configure the information available to QR scanners.

Visit OneTag QR
Scan the QR code provided to you or visit the OneTag QR website.

Sign In to OneTag QR
Create your account or sign in to your existing OneTag QR account.
Step 3
Fill in Your Current Details
Enter your correct and up-to-date personal information and click Save.
Always make sure the information entered in your profile is correct and up-to-date.

Complete Your Profile
Complete your profile and upload a clear and recent picture.

Complete Your Emergency Page
Fill in your emergency information and add all required details.

Add Medical History — If Applicable
If you have any relevant medical history, enter the correct details.
Add Current Medications — If Applicable
If you are currently taking any medication, enter the correct and up-to-date medication details.
Add Emergency Contacts
Add your important emergency contacts with the correct information.
Identity Document & Insurance — Optional
You may add your identity document and insurance information if required. This step is optional.
Add Your Vehicle Details
Enter your vehicle information carefully and make sure all details are correct.

Proceed to generate your Emergency QR Code after completing the required details.

Complete your payment to generate and activate your Emergency QR Code.

Have an Access Code?
AlternativeIf you have an access code, you can use it instead of completing the normal payment process to generate your QR.
A valid access code allows you to proceed through the QR generation flow without the normal payment step.
Order Your Offline QR — FREE
Order your offline QR, confirm your delivery address and confirm the order. Your offline QR will be provided within 10 days.

Privacy Settings
Use Privacy Settings to choose what information you want to make available to a QR scanner.
Your QR will display information according to the privacy settings you configure.
Your QR is Dynamic
Your OneTag QR is dynamic.
Any changes you make to your profile will automatically be updated on your existing QR.
You do NOT need to generate a new QR every time you update your information.
Your existing QR will always display the latest information according to your privacy settings.

You also have access to security logs to help monitor account activity and identify logins from other devices.
